Usually late April and late October, on a Saturday - Have Your Own Sale or Go By and Buy

Free Dumpster Days

Monday through Wednesday following the garage sales at the Park Plaza South Pool Parking Lot.

(HOA Members only, please)

 

Annual HOA Meeting                 

The evening of the second Thursday of May, 7pm - 9pm

at the Fellowship Lutheran Church 6727 S Sheridan Rd

Usually one or more speakers and the business meeting.

Yard of the Month Awards

Monthly from June through October

Pool Parties With Potluck Dinners

Usually the Mondays before or after Memorial Day and Labor Day

6pm - 8pm at the Park Plaza South Pool 7014 E 69th St.

The HOA Board provides chicken and hamburgers. HOA members bring side dishes and dessert.

** If you have not yet paid you dues you may do so at the Spring party **

Independence Day Parade

July 4 (Wednesday) 10am - Meet in the Grissom Elementary School parking lot - 6646 S 73rd E Ave. Parade route is approximately a half mile and ends in the Fellowship Lutheran Church parking lot. Popsicles at the end.

Christmas Lights contest

Begins shortly after Thanksgiving. Winners each week until right before Christmas
