•        Two Pool Party/ HOA events, which includes dinner for you and your family

PPS HOA is managed by a group of volunteers from our neighborhood, who serve on a Board, planning and administering all the above and more

COVID 19 Impact

 

"Due to the rapidly evolving nature of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, all HOA events are subject to rescheduling or cancellation.  Please check your email regularly for updates and any scheduling changes that may occur. We will be following the recommended guidelines as laid out by state and local officials."

Did you know your HOA dues provide … Enhancements

 

Over the years, the Board has sought many ways of enhancing and beautifying our neighborhood.  We have used the Vision 2025 Tulsa Neighborhood Fund and our HOA dues to replace the weedy areas along both 71st Street and Sheridan Avenue with mulch and edging. We have continued to update and maintain these areas as well as the entry islands.

  

Spring 2020 finds us refreshing the islands, also ways to refresh our entry signage, and other projects to do.  Your ideas/suggestions are appreciated: ppshoa@gmail.com.

Did you know your HOA dues provide …YARD of the MONTH

 

Starting each June, this program recognizes HOA members who demonstrate exceptional efforts to maintain & improve their property contributing to overall appearance of their block and our neighborhood. Your dues helped pay for the signage to showcase the monthly winners.

 

The ‘Yard of the Month’ is judged on appearance of property (tidiness/neatness)

evidenced by pruned and/or shaped foliage, edged and defined lawns, and flowerbeds as viewed from the street.  Award winners will have the “Official” Yard of the Month sign placed on their property for the month.

 

If you would like to serve on the selection committee or nominate yards for consideration, please contact HOA or your Block Captain.  Let’s all take pride in our homes and neighborhood.

Two Organizations, Two Boards - One Neighborhood

 

Park Plaza South HOA and Park Plaza South Pool are separate organizations operating in our neighborhood.  Each has a separate volunteer Board and separate memberships.

However, we work together to make our neighborhood one of the best in South Tulsa.

Did you know your HOA dues provide … GARAGE SALES

 

Two times per year, your dues provide funds to post Ad notice in Tulsa World promoting our sale and signage at the entrances.  We also post on social media platforms.

All Participants get a mailbox balloon and multiple copies of the HOA sales addresses list, no family name included.

 

We ask that you allow us to put signage up for these sales and please do not use the center median flowerbeds for signs...we have a sprinkler system paid for with dues.
